Fit columns on 1 page

I have a report, that shwos 28 columns. Currently, abt 20 columns or so fit on 1 page and the rest move to the other pages. How do I set it, such that ALL The 28 columns fit on 1 page, instead of columns moving over to the other pages.

Pl advise.

Try to increase the page size and interactive size in the report properties.

Be aware that increasing your page size can still cause you problems if you then export your report (i.e. to PDF). I personally try to keep my page size as A4, and decrease the page margins if necessary, but this probably won't help you fit 8 more columns in. Did you know that you can get RS to render in landscape mode if you swap the PageSize measurements around? Going to landscape may be all you need.

|||Check the padding size by default it will be 2pt, Try to Decrease the it and check the page margin also if you can Decrease it's size then can adjuest the more column on a report.|||The page is already setup to LANDSCAPE Mode. I will try changing the padding size and check the margins.|||Then reduce the column size there is no or font size otherwise it diffecult to adjust all the column in a one page.|||

On a different note, Do you know anything abt drill-down report?

This is issue with drill-down report.

I have created a drill down report. When the report is not drilled down, all

root nodes are collapsed, the spacing is really weird between them. For

example.

+ Node1

+ Node 2

<a bunch of white space>

+ Node3.

I want all the nodes to be one after each other. There must be somewhere to

set this that I am not seeing.

Any ideas?

From the above specification about <a bunch of white space> . I'm not getting why there are white space can you provide me some more detail on that so that i can think over this issue.

The white space is because it reserves the space for the collapsed items For eg

+Daily reports

Monthly reports.

See the white space between the Daily reports and Monthly Reports. These 2 really, should be one below the other, shud not have the white space.

Daily reports, under it really has abt 7 reports. The reason white space is there is because , for some reason, it is reserving the space for those 7 reports, it is a collapsed item.

How can I get rid of those white reports.
