Floating point exception

Hi guys,
what is the problem? how can I fix it?
DBCC INDEXDEFRAG (0, table1, 2)
Server: Msg 3628, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
A floating point exception occurred in the user process. Current transaction
is canceled.With all the problems you've been having, my suggestion would be to create
your database over again from scratch.

What version of SQL Server are you using?

I think it's because corrupted data.
